I'M IN BETWEEN SIZES, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PICK?

Each item will feature its own specific size guide on their webpage to help you measure properly. We recommend you look into this as it will be your most accurate representation of the fit. It will also say how you should order if you believe you are in between sizes, as we understand each body and bikini is different!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT STYLE WILL SUIT ME? HELP?!

WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

It is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please reach out to info@cherryswim.com.au to find out if and when we may be restocking.

HOW DO I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

Unfortunately due to this being Cherry Swim's first release, we are unable to have customers pay in instalments at this stage. We will be looking into this feature in the near future.

CAN I GET A REFUND? HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Cherry Swim accepts returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will go through the same returns portal process as store credit, with the final review being when the refund is issued.

Once your item arrives at Cherry Swim, please allow 24 hours for store credit, and up to 5 business days for refunds to be issued back into the original payment method. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 3 months which can be used online storewide.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make and changes to address, style, or size.

HOW ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY/SUSTAINABLE/ETHICAL?

From day one, Cherry Swim Australia tried to think of ways to reduce our carbon footprint while stepping into an already saturated market. So from manufacturing, shipping, packaging, and fair trade, we were conscious on the marks we were leaving on the planet.

Our products are made ethically in Bali, Indonesia, where the manufacturers are paid above the minimum wage and receive an annual salary of 13 months wages, allowing them to take a holiday with two months pay. They are provided with free medical insurance and overtime is voluntary for all members of staff where first 1.5 hours of overtime are paid double wages and anything extra is triple wages. The facility is also air conditioned as per western standards and they also work closely with a local charity called Bali Streets Mums, which provides education and welfare to children and women who typically scavenge from waste dumps. The services include rehousing, education, clothing, and other basic needs.

We pack the bikinis using bio-degradable bags by Avani, that are made using Cassava starch. These bags will decompose in 24 hours when discarded or in contact with water. We then wrap these in reused tissue paper and yarn, and include a 100% recycled paper thank-you card. The bikinis then go into a 100% home-compostable shipping mailer, that is made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying cornstarch). In a commercial compostable environment, it will break-down within 90 days. At home, it may take up to 120 days.
